* By March 29, the United States, Canada, most of Central America, Europe and Russia and the majority of Asia and Middle East will be on DST. Mexico and Pakistan will not be on DST and China is never on DST. In the southern hemisphere most of South America and Australia will still be on DST (going off April 4) with Brazil and Uruguay the exceptions. Since GMT remains constant, 4:00pm GMT = Noon EDT = 11:00am CDT = 9:00am PDT = 7:00am HDT (Hawaii) = 5:00pm BST (British Summer Time) = 6:00pm various central European summer times = 7:00pm various eastern European summer times. Or so we like to believe!
